1. Prevent Crushing
Use triangular wood or brick to mat the wheel while repairing the vehicle. Secure the support if you use a jack to jack wheels. Observe whether there is someone or obstacles around when releasing the jack. Support inclined truck before checking the tube of hydraulic trunk.
2. Prevent Scald
It’s not allowed to repair while the engine is operating. It should take special note of preventing exhaust pipe from scalding the body. When the temperature of engine is high, it’s not allowed to open the cover of water truck in case of cooling water rushing out and scalding people.
3. Prevent Poisoning
Engines and gas welding or electric welding is often operated in repair shop, and it is easy to be full of exhaust gas indoors. Thus, keep the repairing environment ventilation in case of chronic poisoning. Clean face and hand before eating.
4. Prevent Blast
Barrel or tank should be cleaned thoroughly before welding repair. Besides, sparks are not allowed to exit between batteries in case that hydrogen and oxygen overflow from battery and explode after meeting sparks.
5. Prevent Fire
It’s not allowed to appear open fire especially in the process of repairing gasoline car. Grinding wheel cannot be placed near the basin of gasoline. Do not arbitrarily throw cotton yarn with waste oil and other waste.
6. Prevent Electric Shock
The electrical equipment must be firmly grounded, no leakage for any parts and higher than persons. If the wires are aging or bit by mice, change them immediately.
